The Synergy Co-op
Prove it. Ship it. Get hired.
Internships often mean showing up and waiting for direction. Here, Co-ops are expected to execute: pick up context fast, own tasks end to end, and keep pace with a founding team that ships daily. The Synergy Co-op is a 13-week, high-intensity experiential track - we walk you through how our systems actually work, pair you on real problems, and put you on paths where you deploy real projects and ship code that lands in our product. It is also the clearest on-ramp to the Resident program: prove your merit in production, and we want you on the team without the usual hiring theatre.

The Resident Program
Live it. Lead it. Own it.
Residents are the founding fabric of Cur8r. You work from Cur8r Headquarters: The Garrison, Gurugram, Haryana - our founder home. You eat together. You ship together. This is early-stage the way early-stage is supposed to feel: high ownership, high accountability, and the kind of trajectory that only comes from being one of the first fifteen people at a company that is going somewhere serious.
Tier 1 - Resident
- Level: Entry to Early-Career
- Experience: 0-2 years or strong Synergy Co-op graduates
- Compensation: ₹14L - ₹18L per annum
- Tracks: Full Stack · AI/ML · Content & PR
Tier 2 - Founding Resident
- Level: Senior / Leadership
- Experience: 3-8 years
- Compensation: ₹24L - ₹35L per annum
- Note: Extremely selective. Leadership-oriented. Technical depth is non-negotiable.
